For this event, I will be preparing pork rib for the barbecue.
- Pork rib
- Seasoned salt blend
- Ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Marinate and leave it in the freeze for 3-4 hours before roasting. And, it should produce something like this.
