July 11 solar eclipse

Eclipse junkies are set for a thrill this Sunday when, along an 11,000-kilometre track, the Sun will be covered by the Moon, its life-giving light replaced by a halo of gold in a sky of indigo.

For fellow Malaysian, don’t bother about this eclipse, we will not be able to view it. However, I am interested to know what would be the reaction of the ‘stone people’ on Easter Island on this eclipse.
