Today we read about SCORE, and it promise some sort of road network for the dissapointed people of Kapit. To me the UMNO-led Barisan Nasional is just not paying much attention to Sarawak knowing well the Sarawak is safe under the leadership of our Chief Minister.
There are too many things that we cannot see and do not know of what’s happening in Sarawak. Too many government secrets. Even the goodies are kept secrets.
The only thing we can expect is – see it when its there. And the bottom line is.. there is nothing for us to wait for (nadai utai agi ke di anti.. ke bisi pan enda datai.. di sebut beliun, di sepi ke nadai.. kapa nyebut utai ke ba awan enti utai ke di tanah tu enda ga ulih).
Even the sinking road in Miri that is federal-administered (via Kementerian Kerja Raya) is becoming a continuous problem to road users here despite the reply from YB Andy Chia.. Nope, its not in the 2009 budget (too small probably).
i think our state gov. needs to earn our income and fund our own budget. can’t depend on the federal anymore. it’s a hopeless gov. building fake lakes and expensive bridges across them where rural people in borneo still haven’t gotta piped water and electricity. juicing our petrol and gas and now hydropower. maybe we can try hydropowered them until they are 99% dependent on our energy and then one day we …… no more lights along the empty highways in putra jaya.

it is not just the BN led govt is a big frustration to me after 51 yrs of merdeka.

Just look at Sarawak; simple task like road cant be fixed; n maintained well or just wait for YB to say..our road is shit..pls repair.
