Bought a kilo of medium size crabs at RM15/kg yesterday. Dinner was served with chillie (with belacan) crab and of course, it must be with Sarawak white pepper – those you get from the longhouse.

I went for a quick blood pressure check at Klinik Nuing this morning. The reading was 125/89 (digital reading). Now,.. this crab, prepared by my wife, should be a boost to that reading!!
