After the series of seminar on the new concept, the Dayaks are still not informed of what is being done. Has the design been modified? I hope the ‘new’ design is available for public viewing, otherwise, the government and the particular ministry will be seen as not transparent in dealing with this matter.
The new design should be posted in the almost dead ministry’s website (if any).
